We have a ski mountain in ND? Motivation is one of the hardest things to come by when losing weight. For me, it's actually getting on the bike, which I love doing.Go your .03 mile. Stop. Do not look back, do not turn around.Do another .03. Stop. Do not look back, do not turn around.Run another .03. Etc.Keep doing that until you are 1.5 km from home. Then do it all the way back.Good luck.
ANY advice would be helpful
Not sure what you mean when you say you are "done" after 0.03 miles Bored? Pain somewhere? Or just sucking wind? Are you running as hard as you can or doing a more leisure pace? A flat out sprint will wipe you out pretty fast. The common wisdom is you want a pace that you can still (barely) carry on a conversation. And then there is always the possibility of checking with people that actually do it for real. http://www.runnersworld.com/channel/0,7119,s6-380-0-0-0,00.html
Get a nice built, cute training partner and have her run in front of you...............or...........Get a big fat ugly one and have her run behind you!
