To follow up BillT,
I don't get people like this. We, who have specialized hobbies (in my case, bird dogs, shotguns, {hawks in a former life}, fly rods, SD guns and backpacking gear), well, we all live in a very small world. Its a lot smaller with the net. You offer a specialized service to a select group of folks? How long does it take for this stuff to get around? How many replacement customers do you have? Wally World can screw me over and laugh when I threaten to tell all my friends. A custom gunsmith? A pointing dog breeder? A flyrod company? Not so much. There are only so many of us out there who want their stuff. Give us what you promise, at whatever price point, and we'll be back. Screw us and we're gone. Either way, we'll take ten friends with us. What's so hard to understand about that?
FQ13 who will repeat that in business, doing the smart thing most often means doing the right thing.
