The last couple of years, it's been my old model Vaquero in 45 Colt.
Children, pets, and slaves are taken care of. Free Men take care of themselves.

If you have a good holster, I would go with the .45 colt, the .45 acp has a few advantages such as moon clips, both calibers will deal with all of your concerns, the lighter gun may be better with a good holster. Shoot a big one for me.

Either would work, but if ever there was a goood excuse to buy a GP-100 or a Redhawk......
