I enjoyed very much DRR #180 because I do not have the chance to listen Sunday.  I would like to comment that it seems that in the LV shooting there was no designated OIC on the scene.  That is the second incident, of its type, that I have heard of!  That situation scares me the most when CCW because of conflicting commands and etc.  It would seem that that would be high on the new and updated training given to officers.
