They're damn lucky he didn't take several cops with him. Someone should have lost their job over that. It could have ended in lost lives and law suits that would have cost that department millions if he would have killed innocent people in that building, including any cops. They have no idea how lucky they were. That kind of mistake is just inexcusable. They didn't even search him after he was captured? It really shows how human behaviour can vary in just an hours time. He's off the rails enough to shoot an innocent cop over a traffic stop. Then an hour later calmly takes a drink of water, then blows his brains out. Talk about unstable!  Bill T.
