Yeah? Well.. you~ like most men~ wouldn't know "fake" if it bit you on the ass..  :-*

Brings to mind an old joke that I won't tell because of the audience here.  But the punch line is "You?  I'm just here to satisfy me."  ;)
If I appear taller than other men it is because I am standing on the shoulders of others.

Most guys don't care.

There are things that happen, that you can't fake, just most guys have no idea or are not paying attention.

The true sickness isn't in the people doing it. Much like the Nazi's, they were simply mindless robots doing what they were told. The true sickness are the people who didn't even raise their voice in opposition. Remember who voted for Hussein...... They're still out there wondering who to vote for next....  Bill T.

The Israelis are developing an airport security device that eliminates the privacy concerns that come with full-body scanners at the airports.  It’s a booth you can step into that will not X-ray you, but will detonate any explosive device you may have on you.

Now that would be AWESOME!  They could sell tickets for seating within view of the booth.  Flight delayed, no problem!  Stick around and enjoy the show!  Heck, I'd buy a ticket.

Returning back on topic for a moment. (Sorry to interrupt)

Assuming that TSA starts checking people at bus and train and subway stations. Does anyone wonder what's going to happen the first time they "frisk" someone and find a legal CCW in a LEGAL situation? Last I checked CCW is not illegal on most inner city mass transit. So someone who is just doing what they have always done is going to get completely run through the ringer for doing something that is completely legal.

Any bets that the blue shirt (hmm I wonder why blue, what other socialist organization is fond of baby blue  ::) ) that pads him down over reacts and tazes the poor guy?

In most inner cities these chumps would last until about 20 minutes after the locals found out all that scanner equipment could be resold,
Then they would get robbed blind  ;D

as I've already posted in this thread, amtrack and gray hound have a no fire arms policy, this includes checked bags.

Most mastransit have no gun policy as well.

So what could happen to you is going to depend on the state/federal laws.  If make it on to a train with a gun, I could very easliy see you being charged with tresspassing in federal court, which is a felony btw.( its a very old law)

Remember though that in many states, (CO, WY, UT) That new castle doctrine laws override many of these old policies. States that have pulled their heads out are recognizing peoples RIGHT to self defense. Some are even starting to understand that the reason that this right was granted us in the constitution is so that the government CAN'T tell us where and when it's ok.

I understand what you are saying, BUT this will probably be one of the next battles. Based on recent SCOTUS rulings.

Basically, if the constitution allows me the right to defend myself, (and the supreme court has said this) then the government has no authority to restrict WHERE that right is applicable.
