Sacramento-area pilot punished for YouTube video

It's a shakedown period. The Feds, had a "chat" with the local Sheriff's, and "motivated them" to just yank his CCW for shits and giggles.

Than went to his house "en masse", to remind him that the PILOT sure did screw up....How dare you film lapses in security.

Policy or not, this is "big brother" coming down on a pilot, who publicized a "hole in the wall" that is supposed to be airport security, at ALL levels....

Bully tactics, just like a divorced New Jersey resident, a yacht Capt. in New York, and countless other examples, of gov't literally getting dictatorial, tyrannical, and to quote another member:

"USURPING BASTARDS"..... Has the pilot been charged with anything? The basis for his State issued CCW being revoked/seized is what exactly?

Why don't you find out through your state media resources TAB. What they seized his CCW for. I'm sure it's bogus.

They did not say they siezed it, it says they asked him to surrender it.  There is  HUGE diffrence in reguards to the law in CA.    You also have to remember  in CA, the county sheriff basicly makes the rules in reguard to CCW.  They can basicly take it from you for any reason they choose.  We still don't even know what county this guy was in.

Has anyone even seen the videos he posted on youtube? 

There are honestly more questions then we have answers for.

Despite as TAB says about not knowing the whole story, my blood pressure shoots up about 15 points every time I hear about  someone's Second Amendment rights (oh, wait a minute Kalifornia is a may issue state for exercising their First Amendment rights.
Now I understand why my professors spent so little time on the 2nd, 9th and 10th Amendments when I was in law school.  All rights are created equal but some rights are more less equal than others.

Yes, TAB probably knows him.  Placer runs from the Tahoe area nearly all the way to Sacramento.
