I feel your pain Bac. I had a computer like that. WHEN it ran, it ran great (kind of like that group you posted). The key word was WHEN. When I got to know the CompUSA repair guys well enough to ask how that hot date they went on two weeks ago went, I decided to buy a new one. It just wasn't worth it. Gunbroker was made for these problems. Sell the damn thing and buy a Glock, or a Sig or a whatever. Its just proven to be more trouble than its worth.
FQ13 who has owned 3 Glocks over 19 years years and only took one to a gunsmith once, and that was to fix a busted rear sight.

That's the thing with 1911's it seems. I've owned several but the only one I kept was the Rock Island I have now.
It's the only one I've trusted enough to carry.
