Gotta say, folks...  I've known the Cat for years, and the ONLY time he wears toenail polish is when he gets his million-dollar tax refund check.  And it ain't happened yet!

Now, garters and knee-highs...  Well, he's got the legs for it.  That's all Ah'm sayin'...  :o ;D
