Tomah, Wisconsin says officers justified in killing suspect who pulled a pistol and begain firing on police. The incident was captured on a police dashboard camera.TOMAH, Wisconsin - Monore County, Wisconsin District Attorney Dan Cary says officers were justified in shooting and killing a suspect in a shootout April 22nd.Investigators say a shooting earlier in the day led to a traffic stop that ended in the shooting of 28 year old Seth McCloskey.Dash cam video shows McCloskey exiting his truck, pulling a pistol and firing on four officers who responded to the call.McCloskey was hit several times as he retreated to the truck, which was rolling away from him.Many more rounds from the officers can be seen hitting the vehicle.One officer, Josh Kenworthy, was struck in the foot by one of the shots.No one else was hurt.Tomah Police are waiting for forensic tests to determine is McCloskey was involved in an earlier drive by shooting or to 10 other drive by shootings in Illinois and Wisconsin.
