Are you even listening to yourself Path? Lets try this in a Fox "News" to English translation.
1) They arrested a Marine reservist in Arlington National Cemetery.
2) He had a back pack full of an inert substance (eg something other than a bomb or bomb making materials)
3) Someone with the same name was popped a few months ago, but we don't know if it was him, or if this was just thrown in extraneously to make him look bad.
4) He was acting alone. eg , he was a guy in his car, with no ties to anybody, carrying nothing illegal, who was arrested at a cemetery where fellow Marines were buried and now his name is splashed around as public enemy number 1?
Look, maybe he is a bad guy, but I'm having flashbacks to Ashcroft and "The Dirty Bomber" and "The Miami Seven". Sorry, but the Fox report seems to raise a lot more questions than it answers and their chump of a reporter didn't ask any of them, just vomited back the DOJ press release. A real journalist (are there any of those left on ANY network?) would have asked a simple question. "Since he didn't break any laws, and no charges have been filed, why is he being held and under what authority"? 'Cause frankly, I'd like to hear the answer to that. Of course, I'm an old fart and like quaint antiques like the Writ of Habeas Corpus (its silly I know).

Just my .02.
