I think you are one the money with that Pegleg. Could you imagine how many yahoos would be trying to fire Glocks under water and an accident happened? Scary.

I plan to contact my good friend that owns our local range to get his take on it and see if he will contact them through his business. He is a Georgia State LEO and certified Trainer and Glock Armorer for his department.

I also sent an inquiry to Ghost Inc.

I guess it may be a marketing strategy above all else to make people think they are getting something "special".

I went back and re-read the ad again and it says that GLOCK won't sell to anyone but LEOs....but GHOST will.

So, as I said, I sent an inquiry to Ghost and the answer was a little contradictory (see quote below):

Quote
Hi C,
They are illegal. Glock policy is only sell to MIL & LE Agencies.
We sell them to anyone.
Regards,
Arthur

If they are illegal, how can they sell them at all.....unless only the Glock-made brand is illegal and the Ghost Brand is not..... or Arthur mis-typed..............
Either way, ol' Arthur from Ghost says they will sell to anyone.

My LEO friend says Glock will sell to Glock armorers and had not heard about the "military LEO only clause".....which points back to marketing by Ghost.

YMMV
