The ones handing out the cards aren't necessarily making a political statement either.  They are letting you know that you have made it a PITA to do business with you...and a bigger one if your parking lot is posted.

Ohio carry law addresses the by stating that you cannot be held liable for the consequences of posting or not posting your property.

This works for customers, but I think they should not be allowed to post their parking lots or they are depriving their employees of their 2A rights on the way to and from work.

As a hypothetical question:  If your business was located in Ohio, would it be correct to assume you would not have it posted?

depends,  my workmens comp very expressly forbids my employees from be armed, it says nothing about my custmers, but no one ever comes to our shop, so it does not really matter that much.

I am a big fan of the texas 30.06 law,  not only does it say property owners a choice and a legal means to back it up.

A ND, could very easly cost 1 mil, if it was to hit a employee, there have been several storys in the news  about how toilets have been shot.  Guess what thats atleast a $1000 fix, do you have $1000?  how about 1 mil liquid to handle the comp claim of a ND?

When I say 1 mill I'm not talking about even a life endangering hit, a shattered shin bone can cost that np.  atleast 100k for the 1st of several surgurys, pay while they are off, rehab, retraining fo thier replacment... etc etc

It will be a comp claim, if they are on the clock, its a comp claim.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.
