Franks district was never the Boston area.  He had a gerrymandered little piece of the southwest burbs but mostly he was south into the New Bedford area and east of Providence.

I think some of the Freddie/Fannie skeletons in Bawney's closet got into the hands of "folks" that made him an offer he couldn't refuse.

Plus, the re-district of his area of Boston isn't so Fwank Fwiendly....He had a damn close race last time.....
