There are lifestyle factors as well.
My Great Grandfather lived on salt pork,eggs, bacon, and all that stuff, he was skinny as a rail.
But he did physical work and burned it off.
The fact that I've been run over by a mini-van has something to do with it!

My body wakes up in stages! My legs
stage a revolt every morning and battle with my ass that's
staged a sit-in! By the time I get to the crapper, I can almost walk...20 or so surgeries takes a toll on a person!
I've got to move every day or I won't move at all!
