Welcome Self Reliance.  I don't know where you are from but some of the places you carry I would be an instant felon.  Your lucky.  There are so many places in Ohio that you can't carry it's almost too much trouble (you notice I said almost) and I hate to leave my blaster unattended in my car.

Later!

Hazcat, In Ohio any place that sells booze is OL.  Most restaurants except MickeyD's and etc. do so I have to be careful!

In FL it says "any place whose primary income is from alcohol or that part of a restaurant whose purpose is primarily for the consumption of alcohol.

My favorite Bar and Grill serves as much food at the bar as any table in the place so I sit at the bar (best burgers around!).  Also our no smoking law says you can't smoke in a place that gets more than 10% of its' income from food so it is kind of a guide (smoking = no carry).

Ohio just enacted a no smoking ban which covers just about everywhere so that doesn't enter into things.

My handle is Azgunnut.  I have carried concealed or open most of my adult life.  I even carried multiple weapons in the Army.  Ha, Ha.  I only started carrying concealed when we got that passed in Arizona.  For those gungrabbers out there in this world:
I  would like to say that Ted Kennedy's car has killed more people than any of my guns.  I am pro gun as you might have guessed and do not  like those who would take that right from any law abiding American.
Here in Az. you can carry anywhere but schools, fed bldgs., banks, and few other similar places, but, for the most part you can carry anywhere else.  Even my physical therapist is a 2nd Amendment supporter.
No, this isn't the wild west, though some people here think they are wild and wooly.  Reality of this is they are just misfits and lawless.

We have many open spaces with excellent backdrops for impromtu shooting with friends and relatives.  We also have the Ben Avery range and all it offers.

I look forward to hearing from you in the future.

Hello from Texas.   I really enjoy your show. Every time I see the ducks rolling by brings back good memories.  Anyone know if you can still find plans for a shooting gallery?  Might be some fun again.   Keep up the good work.  :D

The only shooting gallery I know of for sure is in the NRA Museum in Virginia...and we looked! The shooting gallery at the beginning of the show functions (we've shot on it with airsoft guns) and was hand-built by the show's original producer.

THANKS, all, for signing up...good more cool things for Forum members coming up!

Dave here from nothen Michigan and yes its kinda cold and ALOT of snow, right now targets aat the range are 3 feet high due to the amount of snow. Finding spent brass is a chore too. But  that's part of the fun. Don't  have as many fireams as I would like but don't we all. love the shows on the outdoor channel :D
