Howdy, just thought I would show you the work I had done on my 460.
The Muzzle Brakes while effective are some what noisy for the person standing next to you, infact so bad they have banned me from using it at my club

So with that in mind I had a mate of mine make me up a plug to replace the factory brakes.
It should also make it easier to clean.
I think it turned out pretty good, made out of the same sort of stainless as the pistol. I tested it the other day with some hand loads 39gr of 2205 and a 200gr pill and the recoil was stout but entirely manageable. Possibly due to the weight of the gun.
Once I get some full power 400gr pills loaded I will test that theory some more.
The flat on it is so I can use a 20mm spanner to remove it instead of the silly bent pin idea that came from the factory with the brakes.
I think it turned out pretty good.
Its also very handy having mates that are mechanical engineers!!
