Hazcat...it is located on the rear side of the trigger, there is a slight channel moulded in the trigger... if it is not that visible, it is in the correct position...it is not a roll pin, so there is no tension to hold it in place... go to the Kel Tec web site, and check the exploded view.. the parts ... 252, 253,254.. the pin 253 connects the trigger to the axis pivot 254

just wanted to notify about a problem that I had, and offer a possible solution....
