I am at a loss short of setting a few examples, but legally how would you deal with it?  Turnstyle that lets one in/out at a time?  NPR background music?

WAIT!  I know, play Rush Limbaugh followed by Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, MB (maybe not they don't need that kind of education or do they?), Glen Beck, WallBuilders, and get some local schools to record history/math/English/Economics (Macro and Micro  maybe skip supply and demand though) lectures-at least educate the idgits while you have their presence

there actually is an electronic gadget meant to be hung outside a store, even inside I guess.  It is basically a speaker that emits a mosquito swarming type noise.  during the aging process us adults lose the ability to hear that part of the sound spectrum.  But anynody under 25 still can hear that frequency and it makes it uncomfortable for them to be around.

We had a similar problem at a  Sheetz gas station here a while back.  After about midnight the parking lot was full of street rods and associated kids causing issues.  A couple months of off duty Sheriff's Deputies that stayed in the lot from 10pm-4am and they moved on.
