FQ,Once again you lost me I'm not sure if I agree, because you are saying that we should have access to weapons, or if you are pushing for the restrictive licensing theory
Ninth Amendment: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.The right to drive, although not specifically protected by and amendment as is the right to keep and bear arms, is just much an inalienable right.I would guess the founding fathers didn't include it because they could not conceive that the licensing of the primary means of personal transportation was anything but ludicrous.It doesn't draw much attention because the the licensing to drive is not fraught with the chance of abuse. But still remember: Driving is a Right not a privilege.
