What to call anti gun people

I think we should start calling the anti gun people "repeaters" as in those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
After all the anti gun people are always shooting off their mouths, they have a hair trigger, and they are rapid fire with their ignorance.  But one simple word will encapsulate all of this and make them wonder what were talking about which might make a few of them think.

I have a name for them.  Actually, I have many names for them.  The problem is that all of those names are vile insults and they tend to get intermingled with the other vile insults I call them so it just sounds like a bunch of jibberish.  Kind of like the dad on "A Christmas Story"
Bravery and stupidity are often synonymous.  So are cowardice and intelligence.

Hi;

     Not all Anti-gunners are wanting to take away our weapons. My Nephews Wife is 1 for not haveing a gun in her house and cringes at the sight of 1.  The reason for this is because when she was a young girl her mothers boyfriend did something to mom and mom pulled a gun on the boyfriend and whatever it was about left a "phycological mark" on the daughter.

     now my family being ardent supporters of the right to bear arms is a conflict with her,  However she has several rare types of dogs that she tries to "stud out". 1 day a rabid skunk went after her dogs and Nephew shot the skunk. Several neighbors came up to thank Nephew because they were concerned after seeing the skunk in the area.

     Now the wife "tolerates" firearms nearby, but still not in the house.  Nephew took out wifes daughter (his stepdaughter) out to the range and the girl (20) for the first time had a weapon and fired it - had a fantastic time and now wants to shoot whenever  "I"   provide the guns and ammo. Mom is starting to think it is a right wing conspiracy (lol).

     Some anti-gunners were brought up in a anti  world.  Before we condem all of them maybe we should try to have them expierence "the wild side". They may just change their attitudes. Let them get over their fears and indocturnation and see what happens.

I wouldn't call her an anti-gunner though.  My father is ambivelant to firearms.  He has shot before, many years ago, and found he didn't like it but doesn't have an issue with people who do.  My mother on the other hand I would call anti-gun.  She had a neighbor shoot his girlfirend and himself when she was very young and believes that no one should have a gun.  It isn't worth the time to try and change her attitude.

I vote for Quislings as well.

It makes the point.

That's often what these folks hope to see what happens.  However, history is ripe with examples, especially where Communist takeovers occur, that the very people that helped bring them to power, the professors, the journalists, and other "intellectual elites", are unceremoniously lined up against a wall and shot.  They are no longer useful and considered a threat to the new regime.

I will stick with "anti-gun" and be no more offensive than this.

Remember, while they may be our opponents and enemies at some levels we need to keep relations open - Unless we decide to start shooting them.  If we resort to kindergarten name calling there will be no long term resolution.
