Ok, I know that people are upset regarding legislations that the progressive/Liberal/Marxist/socialist/Kansas city slack jaw knee jerk reaction (whew) politicians are passing. But this guy in CO. Springs was arrested today for making death threats, calling her all kinds of names via phone calls to one of the State Representatives.
I guess he's one of those that is mentally unfit that they talk about.

Frankl-in Sain? Lord you can't make this stuff up. Gee, lets send threatening sexist and racist emails to an elected rep whose son was killed with a gun. That'll help the cause. I wonder if I send her an email offering to send him on an NRA sponsored hunting trip with Dick Cheney if she might forgive us? Oi Vey!

This was one really troubled individual who couldn't hold it together when he should have. 

I read one of the laws he was arrested under was unlawfully attempting to influence a public official. 

Could this not be applied to Bloomberg as well?  He said he'll finance a challenger in the next election to dems who vote for gun rights.  Is an outsider to Colorado threatening legislators not influence and an offense to the voters of Colorado at the core?

     Some people I know in another forum that are "live long" local residents of Mid west States like Co are telling me that after the boom in Kalifornia busted years ago, a lot of loons from Kalifornia headed "in Country" and that they are taking over the major cities out that way - Thus this new awareness of liberalizm from States that were conservative. The outlayng areas of these states are conservative, but "controlled" by the heavy populated areas.

     Can anyone here confirm or deny this ?

Sure as hell happened to us in Florida. We loved the New Yorkers when they came on vaction of for the winter and we could relieve them of their money. But then they moved here full time and started voting. Not so much fun anymore.

Same with Massholes and New Yorkers coming to NH .
Thing that really frosts us is that even the "summer People" think they deserve a voice in how we govern our selves.
They are here for the summer then come back in march to vote to do away with "Town meeting" so so they don't have to stand up in front of the people who spend all year here and say I want higher taxes.
Because what they are actually saying is we want the taxes high enough so these native peasants can't live in the town they grew up in any more.
