Just picked up a Sig Sauer Scorpion 1911 Government. It's going to be a working gun since I'm riding at night more I wanted to mount a light. One of the places I'm wanting to order a holster from has a Springfield Armory Operator listed as one of the options just no others. So, are they all the same size?

You may be okay if you got a "traditional" model Sig. The standard Sig 1911 has a very squared-off slide - just like their other handguns - and wont fit a standard 1911 holster. Their "traditional" models have the rounded slide. Many holster makers are now making holsters for the Sig.
BTW - Congrats on the new Sig. The folks I know that have them just love them.

The Sig 1911 Scorpion has a more square slide, so the general answer is no, it won't fit in a traditional railed holster. I had a heck of a time getting a holster when I bought mine, it may be a bit easier now.
