President Barack Obama unveiled a strategy on Tuesday that calls for $100 million in funding to study and map the brain in ways that have yet to be discovered by current science.

The plan, known as Brain Research for Advancing Innovative Technologies (BRAIN), calls for Congress to fork the $100 million budget. Obama believes conducting research in the body's most complex organ could unlock mysteries surrounding current mental illnesses and create jobs that have yet to be imagined with current technology.

I'm sure what ever they come up with will only be used to help those who have anti-social thought patterns.  In the end it will help them become better adjusted and contributing citizens.

Many may be treated involuntarily but it will be for their own good, the benefit of society and for the children.

But the definitive answer will have to wait for some one to invent the technology our azzhole President just sunk a $100 Million into.
