Gov. Jerry Brown announced Wednesday that he has signed legislation expanding the ability of state agents to seize firearms from nearly 20,000 Californians who are not allowed to have them.

No...California is leading the nation in ASS-HATTERY. This is dynamic douchebagging because we ALL know that California is perfect except for this overwhelming problem that needs a lot of money and manpower to fix.
There is NO end to the stupidity and grandstanding.

This is why Manchin/Toomey also failed... it struck/amended to the Privacy of ones med records to being freely given to the Feds for "review". California just seems fit to go to those houses and remove those firearms...

OBTW, spouses and families that are NOT on the list, if residing with someone who is? They lose their firearms also.

Well yeah, if you live in the same domecile as one of the "unapproved," you don't get to have your guns either.  Next, it will be if you live in the same apartment building or condo complex, or if you have "unapproved" persons as overnight guests in your house.  How do you eat an elephant?  One bite at a time.  How do you shred the Constitution?  One tiny tear at a time.

It's incrementalism we have to worry about, not Toomey/Manchin or that nut Feinstein.  They're just showing us what the end goal is.  They're giving us a preview of what it is they're working towards.
