Plan for gun club near high school ignites debate in Osseo

Don't forget about tonight's planning commission meeting in Osseo regarding the newly planned indoor shooting range and retail store. Evil Heather Martens is rallying her 5 acolytes against this development, so please try to show up in support of this lawful business.

Details:

Project: Conditional use permit needed for 14-20 lane gun range and retail sales, gunsmithing, and gun safety classroom space. Potential locations being considered include: old senior center site; Block 22, the old NRG Dance Studio and the old Advantage Stone and Brick Supply site were all being considered.
Meeting date: June 17, 2013, 7 p.m. (show up by 6 p.m. if you can)
Meeting location: 415 Central Ave., Osseo 55369, Osseo City Hall, downstairs.
The proposal will be voted on by the planning commission that evening, then passed to the Osseo City Council for a vote on June 24.
