If you want to see issues, this Saturday, October 12, 2013, at 9:00am, pheasant season opens in Minnesota.  We have been told that federal wildlife areas are closed due to the shutdown, presumably for public safety, and even though they are not posted they are closed to hunting.  Thousands of pheasant hunters are going to obey this order?  Bite Me Pres.
