Sadly, I've seen this happen to my wife......twice. When a woman is well endowed it just happens sometimes.
Happily, she is VERY muzzle conscious and trigger finger aware.

And yes, I did offer to make it feel better, I just did it too soon. The look I got had me searching for another mag to load up.
