I have just written Democrat Nancy Boyda. Our rep. was opposed to our CCW and though it is not noted on her sit, I am pretty sure her stance on the proposed bill. I can only say I did my duty to voice myself and like minds.

Bad guys have and will continue to have semi-auto's with large capcity magazines, cops have them, the government has them....  so why can't the average law abidding citizen have them?        It's like our politicians are say, "lets restrict the people that don't need to be restricted to start with." I would love to go on TV and/or radio and have like an hour to explain some "common sense" to the America people.  I hope "mainstream America", is listening to this kind of "errosion of our freedoms."

I will do my part and write my congressman, but given that this is an election year my bet is that this thing won't get touched this year.  Unfortunately the posturing in anticpation of the new administration has only just begun.
