Gun Trust?
« on: August 09, 2014, 05:20:23 PM »
 Hey all,
I'm part of the newly formed (and college affiliated) gun club at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, we've received our NSSF grant (YAY) but want to set up a gun trust (not necessarily NFA) so that the club itself can own the firearms we will be purchasing. As of now one of the officers will be the one with the guns registered to their name which obviously would not be good if something happened when a club member was handling a club gun.

Anybody got any insight or pointers on the process?
