Cool story from Indy.  Last week on American Rifleman they featured the Johnson Carbine, which was an attempt to update the M1 Carbine by rebarreling it to shoot 5.7 Johnson or Spitfire or something like that.  Anyway, I saw that and thought how cool it would be if someone did the same thing today in .22TCM.

So I'm at the Armscor booth talking to Martin Tuason, and I say "I have a suggestion.  What about an M1 Carbine replica in .22 TCM?"  He smiles at me and says "We will have a prototype of that soon."  He told me someone suggested it to him about 2 years ago, they've been working on it, and should have something to show by next year's NRAAM.

Well I thought it was cool, anyway.
