This was sent to me this morning. - - -
My friend, Beth, was driving to work from Bartlesville to Tulsa this morning with her fiance in the passenger seat, laid down, sleeping. Between Ramona and Jarret Farms, on Highway 75 she attempted to pass a black Ford Crown Vic (looked like an unmarked car, had spot light mounted on driver's side mirror). The car sped up and stayed beside her and when she looked over the driver was holding a badge and pointing to the shoulder. She was immediately suspicious and shook her head "no" at him and woke up her fiance. He sat up and the moment he became visible, the driver sped off. He was a thin white male in his early to mid twenties with blonde hair. He was wearing a yellow and black, fairly dressy, short sleeved plaid shirt. The license plate on the car is DMU945.
so far she's spoken to Tulsa County PD, Washington County PD, and the Highway Patrol. All of them told her that they've had several reports about him but no one's been able to give them the plate number. Most of the reports were in the same area, and several people actually stopped for the man. Those people said that he just stood at the back of their car and talked, but the police are suspicious the he is working up to something more.
She's supposed to meet with an officer later this afternoon to make a statement in person and their even talking about doing a possible line up in the future, so their serious about getting this guy.
DO NOT pull over if someone attempts to stop you like this.
If you see the car, call the police IMMEDIATELY
Look for mile marker's so you can tell them exactly where you are! Remember anything you can about the car, especially the plate number in case he's switching plates.
