I remember .26 cent gas, before that I had not paid attention to price beyond the fact that when the parents got gas it was usually around $5 worth.

I remember filling up Big Bro's Pinto with loose change we found under the seats, gas wars where the Marathon station would use binoculars to spy the price of gas at the Meijers up the blvd and drop his price by a penny....

Cruising on a Friday night.....! ;)

They really were the "Good ol' Days." It was a time of innocence.

I wish that we really could turn back the clock.....not for us but, to let the kids of today experience the innocence and happiness of those times.
