If a million people decked out Camo and ghille suits with guns and bayonettes showed up, we would have to decide who we would have run the new government, as I am more than certain that the old one would just leave...LOL

Just an attempt at humor, not making light of your point. I do see the problems inherent in having that many firearms out there with a number of unkowns.

I say we all show up in professional attire, partially just to get the point across, but also so the media will have more trouble judging the color of anyone's neck. If this doesn't go down, I may go alone next June. I'll put on a sandwich board and march around the capitol.

We would have to do it in the winter or we would wind up with that revolutionary era funk, don't ya know. That would be pretty neat, though. You know, we should all put this up on other boards to get it some more exposure. Also come up with a name for it. Maybe "The Patriot Group" or something. Ideas?

Dec. 15 1774 was the date that arms and powder were stolen from Fort William and Mary in Portsmouth NH. These were the arms the Redcoats were attempting to seize in April of 1775.

This post kind of died out over the last week or so. I will try to keep it near the top of the page so folks are more apt to look at it. I think there are some good ideas here and we need to generate more.
