The solution maybe be simple.
Eliminate welfare programs and let have to work for what they need.
If they can get by with help from local charity, then fine...till the locals get tired of footing the bills.
Earn your way or starve, Black, White, Brown or Green, everyone.
Could be a generation or two that starve, but we would be left with those who are willing to work for what they need
Follow that up with making the price of crime too high to consider.
All worthwhile suggestions. None will ever happen. In fact, the exact opposite is happening. Poverty, Food Stamps and Welfare are all up under Obama. Labor participation is the worst ever under Obama. This economic "recovery" is the worst since the 40's, if not of all time.

But it changes nothing. Our first black President is no different than blacks anywhere in a position of responsibility. A complete and dismal failure. And the solution of the communist Democrats is more pandering with even more social programs we cannot afford, and that all fail to accomplish any success, and only increase the severity of there total failure as a race.
