Email that has been bouncing around had these two pictures.  Caption was ... Who Do You Want For VP?

Michael ... I wanted Fred Thompson on the ticket BUT Mrs. Palin is an outstanding choice.

Let us not just gloss over the fact that she's an NRA Life Member.  She is a R*E*A*L Lifetime NRA member!   ;)

Thanks to Tom and Eric for those pics.  Those are sho shweet!.  Commander-in-chief of the Alaska Nat'l Guard visitiing the troops and a real sportswoman.

How the hell does she manage all that with 5 kids?  **Supermom!**

And, one kid is less than a year old (born in April). Her oldest is headed out on deployment to Iraq, I think.
Someone who can juggle all that won't get ruffled easily. I think she can take a punch from Biden and come out swinging.
"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

For the Patriots of this country, the Constitution is second only to the Bible for most. For those who love this country, but do not share my personal beliefs, it is their Bible. To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

I was wondering what the correct title is when addressing a female Vice President? Madam, Mrs., Ms.??

The issue of what to call the spouse is easy, as Marshal H. set the bar from Kansas already.

What do you call the husband of Sarah Palin? The luckiest man in Alaska!

Mac.
Standing up for your Right to lay down suppressive fire since 1948!

I would think it would be Madam Vice President. She (if elected), would also inherit the Pres. of the US Senate, just to piss Chucky Schumer and Harry Reid, and the Diane Feinstein, would be very sweet.

Plus, NRA Life Member, moose shootin', gun totin', momma?

Could be Marshall'ette's lost sister?,.... ;)

I think it was a surprisingly good move by McCain, and gives me some hope he's not that bad. (Hopefully).

Better than the alternative,.....
Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

As the first man of Alaska he goes by 'The first Dude".

Amazing woman.

She was captain of her State Championship winning high school basketball time and earned the nickname of "Sarah Barracuda" for her aggressive play.

She earned her way through college to become a Neurosurgeon by working as a deckhand on an offshore fishing boat. For hobbies, she played in the Alaskan Philharmonic Orchestra. and painting, with one of her pieces hanging in the Louvre.

Ok, Ok...I made up that last paragraph...but it would not have surprised me if it had been true.   And it would have happened about the same time Hillary was scrambling from a hot LZ in a hail of gunfire =)))).  I didn't lie...I just mis-spoke.

She did play a musical instrument for her talent in the Miss Alaska contest, tho.
