There's a lot of good defensive ammo available for the .380 but not much that I've seen for the Makarov. I can only recall seeing one.

Ammo isn't a problem if you reload, as 9x18 cases can be easily made from 9x19 cases.  I have converted hundreds.  All that is needed is the normal dies and a case trimmer.  9x18 is about 10% more powerful than .380.

I have not seen 82's much lately, just the 83. If you search for vendor "cdisales" on gunbroker he has 46 of the 83's currently listed.  He has quite a few Beretta 84's that I have been thinking of for a project.

If you're still interested, I might could have a CZ 83 I could part with.  I have a F.I.S.T. IWB holster for it as well.
