just a little teaser.  Oregon State Bar Association has suspended their license till December 1st.  which is the t r o hearing date.
looks like this will be a lawyer number three I've gotten disbarred.  at that time all information including the orders of protectionand his farm that will be public knowledge.  that's when I'll start posting stuff

Please please please let it be an update that includes a lawyer getting drawn and quartered.  :)
You can say lots of bad things about pedophiles; but at least they drive slowly past schools.

I would settle now, a binding agreement too leave me alone. Done.  No reason too go to court over this, but hey I am more then willing too stick it in and break it off.  I need this shit like a hole in the head.

Just look at it as "Tab's Retirement Funding Plan" or "Tab's Gun Fund".  Lawyers need their wings clipped on a regular basis and if it happens to fund something worthwhile then what the heck....do it.  I am not a proponent of suing people...doctor made a mistake and left some sponges in my dad and we didn't sue...everyone can make a mistake.  However...a lawsuit is a vehicle to discourage boorish behavior and intolerance like nothing else can!!!

You know, I've had an "inkling" that taking away the very visible public shame and humiliation, like flogging or tarring and feathering, has diminished the incentives to not do wrong.

I'm not recommending going back to those punishments...I don't know enough about all the implications to make any recommendation...just an observation...

I believe public executions were a crime deterrent. If we had them televised it might get through to the people who need to be shown that actions have consequences, and serious actions have serious consequences.
