I think that was a twist on "Damning with faint praise" cause he sure did damn NObama and faintly praise the Hildabeast.  :o

As a true inside the beltway Senator, the brown nose and sucking up must be adhered to for the greater good of the liberal agenda.

Its on page 23 of the Democrat playbook, right below the pictures, sucking up to fellow Dems, is mandatory.... :P
