Dealing with idiots
« on: June 08, 2020, 11:48:40 PM »
For the past few days i have been doing some ada consulting.  I did some on this porperty  about 7 years ago, they addressed 1 of my 4 concerns.   Now they are being sued.   Here they are paying $300/ hour for me to tell them and the lawyers that are well above that hourly rate that they should habe fixed it when i told them so.   Now they will most likely spend 30-40k with me as an expert wittness/ historic ada complaince expert, 200k+ in kegal fees, etc... all becuase they did not want tp spend 15k more in thier remodel.

Hey TAB,  That's why liberals are complaining about the cost of education.
It's expensive.    ;D

Any personal injury involved in the lawsuit?

Could also let them know that "next time" you will tell them how to do it right for only half of what it is costing them to fix this now.   ;D ;D

No, strictly  an access  issue.  It was not a "drive by" lawsuit.  More than that i can not say.

Maybe AFTER it is done? Maybe? ;^)

Reminds me of a line in the Beatles movie "Help"  "I can say no more."

The pics are too big to upload from my phone.  I need to find a way to shrink them.

If you're using a PC there's a cute utility you can download called IRFANVIEW.  It will do resizing without much fuss.

A free photoshop alternative is GIMP2
Will work for ammo
