The Latin Kings are what it sounds like:  Latino gang.  They are doing what the LE won't or can't in Chicago - They are defending and protecting their neighborhood.  Most of these looters are Black.

These took place just southeast of our facility.  Today we had a gang chase past us at noon.  No gun fire - This time, but the last time they were shooting for several blocks.
