I like Milo's un-sweet tea also. I have to stay away from anything with sucralose and maltodexterin sweeteners.....they're rough on my guts (and toilet paper consumption).

I've never had a problem with sucralose, not even a hint of trouble. And none with maltodextrin either. My body just thinks it's starch. But sugar alcohols like maltitol and all the other -ols give me cramps, bloating, and the runs if I eat very much. Sugar-free Hershey bars have a reputation as a super-laxative because of it. Maltitol has such a bad effect on so many people that Haribo quit making sugar-free gummy bears. And Jelly Belly said a serving of sugar-free ones was 32 of those tiny beans, but suggested you only eat 6 of them the first time, to see if you can tolerate it.

My wife bought some sugar free ice cream by mistake once. By the time I realized the 'off taste' was what it was, it was too late to reel it in.
It did not go well some hours later....at all.

I'm drinking Coke zero sugar. I haven't bought bottled water lately and only have about half a cup left. Coke zero sugar is sweetened with aspartame (Nutrasweet, Equal, Sugar Twin), acesulfame potassium, or Ace-K (Sunett, Sweet One), and stevia extract. According to Coca-Cola's website, Coca‑Cola Zero Sugar looks and tastes more like Coca‑Cola Original Taste, while Diet Coke has a distinct lighter taste. Diet Coke is only sweetened with aspartame, which gives it a bitter metallic aftertaste, but not as bad as saccharin would. Some people still like Diet Coke better than Coke zero that tastes like it's made with sugar. I just don't understand that at all. ???

Fresca.  Neat.
Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom.
It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.
