Wait until after the election to kick them out.
""It may be laid down as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a free Government, owes not only a proportion of his property, but even his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at a Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency." - George Washington. Letter to Alexander Hamilton, Friday, May 02, 1783

The cop who yelled, he's got a gun, when it was in his holster and not his hand seems to be the biggest factor in causing the situation. Other than Alex Pretti just being there, which he had every right to do. So, once again a couple of cowboys cops murder an unarmed man. If this intensive care nurse had been black instead of white, half the country would be on fire, and the National Guard would be called out by now to stop the looting. Where's all the outrage when the cops kill a white man? Seriously.
I wouldn't be jumping on the "murder" bandwagon so quick. There are many charges that fall under the heading of a wrongful death.

Making the proclamation that there is a gun present is not wrong in any way.  They were struggling with Pretti, an agent saw the gun, and he made sure everyone knew there was a gun present. Standard operating procedure.

Many will call this "victim blaming," but Pretti made the decision to answer a call to participate in agitation, he chose to carry a firearm to this event, he chose to insert himself in a situation that was none of his business (the dispute between the woman and the agent), he chose to keep his firearm a secret from the agents, and he became physical with the agents. Pretti set the stage for the final act, and I guarantee that nobody involved is happy with how the final act played out.

He shouldn't have become physical with them, but they still gunned down an unarmed man. No matter who should or should not have done what, that doesn't change. The cops decided to unload on him when he was on the ground and not a threat to anyone. At least that's what it looked like to me. Maybe I missed something. Murder, homicide, whatever. It's all the same to me, if it's not self-defense.

Homicide yes, because that is the term for the killing of a human. But, there is a lot that still needs to come out as to murder charges. The saddest thing is that just like George Floyd, it will be impossible to get an impartial jury. It will all come down to how the attorneys present the situation, and whether or not people can put aside their prejudices.
