Every time I see someone wearing a cowboy hat and they aren't on a horse I wonder; are they a real cowboy or a Village People cowboy? Or someone who just likes to play dress up?

Lots of us wear cowboy hats when we are not on our horse.. lol lol

But lots of people  out there are all hat and no cattle.  ;)
