For he today that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition.

The only racists in this race are Obama and the Dems. to quote from his own book " Audacity of Hope" "I developed an antipathy for white people" in other words Obama don't like Honky's., to demonstrate the parties racist policies we only need to look at the anti semitic  bias against Israel. I have yet to hear a republican say don't vote for Obama, he's black. I have heard "Don't vote for Obama because he's a red" (I've used that one myself  ;D) and I have repeatedly heard Dems say if you don't vote for Obama you are a racist. So WHO is making race an issue ?  Taxes, 2nd Amendment, Supreme court nominees , abortion, these are NOT racial issues so why even bring that up ? Simply because the rest of their platform is a rehash of policies that have failed  every time they have been tried.
Everyone here knows what Obama is, a gun grabbing, racist anti American, liar, who, for 20 years has associated with bigots, racists, communists ,criminals and domestic terrorists, he takes credit for things that can be MADE to look good and shifts blame for things that can't. He has thrown so many associates under the bus during this campaign it's a wonder the wheels still touch the ground. :-\

Nailed it Tom!
Firearms stand next in importance to the Constitution itself. They are the American people's liberty teeth and keystone under independence. The very atmosphere of firearms everywhere restrains evil interference. - George Washington

Absolutely right, Tom!  The liberals are crying racism in order to squelch anything anti Obama, no matter how true or relavent it is.  What I'm getting ready to say will be extremely unpopular in many circles, but I am tired of hearing about racism, period.  I was raised, as a Christian, to not only accept, but appreciate and love all other races.  That being said,  what would happen if we had a national caucasion scholarship fund?  How many protests, boycotts, and maybe all out riots would occur if their were a white entertainment awards, magazine, or television channel.  I am sympathetic to the plight of African Americans that endured slavery and a lack of equal rights, but when did the tides turn, and why is this form of racism acceptable?  BHO could pretty much call McCain a redneck, honky, cracker and people would cheer.  Sure he would lose a lot of the "white" vote, but he wouldn't be run out of town like McCain would be.  Don't get me wrong, I'm not a racist by any means.  I just think whats fair is fair and all races should play on equal ground.

No discussion about racism would be complete without this reference.

I miss the days before political correctness when skits like that were funny.  I still think they're funny, but have you even tried to watch Blazing Saddles lately?

If you think the cries of racism are bad now, wait and see what it will be like if Obama wins. There will be no distention allowed, and any disagreement with policy and agenda will be shouted down with the use of the words "bigot" and "racist".

The left has already proven itself to be a hater of all dissenting opinions and they have shown that they will do anything to shut down apposing points of view. The race card will be front and center if Obama becomes president, and will divide this country in a way that we have never seen before.

I bought the DVD so my son could see it uncut.  I had told him how funny it was.  Then it came on TV and he sorta thought I had lost my mind.

Then he saw the DVD and just howled!

I can't wait for the day the kids are old enough to understand Blazing Saddles...  The all-time greatest movie ever made!

The problem with so many of Mel Brooks, and some others, movies is that you need to have a certain level of intelligence to get it.  I had to fill in some areas of history to our children before they got it.  The schools have whitewashed some things we learned, and I did not believe it had happened until I started asking questions concerning why the kids did not understand some of the satire.

Worked with a friend yesterday who's sister is a teacher in South Dakota.  While we had Columbus day in most of the Nation, South Dakota celebrated Native American Day.  Not saying that expanding more into the changes that have come to this land since the Europeans came, but she said they did not discuss at all the European expansion for what it was.  She said it has mostly been replaced with how it as effected the Native American culture.
