Wow I guess this is the change we can expect. I  remember from one of my Crim/Socio classes that one of the sociologist had supposedly verified  his theory between politicians/organized crime being in a giant cabal and what was made illegal and how enforcement was carried out (IIRC he used Seattle as the proof/basis for his theory.) was the result of campaign contributions/ union workings. Never thought I would see it so openly in operation as this.
