Too bad! All I can say is don't be a pirate, well actually more I could say like we need to deal with those thugs and put a stop to that nonsense.

People have said that for a LONG LONG time. Active measures ( search and destroy ) against pirates lead to lower insurance costs for shipping, this was true in the 17th century, and is true today.

It had to be some one else's fault. It could not POSSIBLY be because he was a THIEF,KIDNAPPER, and EXTORTIONIST who got what he deserved. Oh, and apparently a lousy boat handler as well.
TAB, You were CG and handled small high speed craft at sea, whats your take ?

It does not take much to turtle a boat that is  in good repair and not over loaded in rough seas,  at slow speeds.  You take a decent swell anything other then head on, your going over.   I highly doubt they had boats in good repair and I'd bet a box of ammo they were over loaded.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.
