 Any city or State that declares itself a "sanctuary city" like Newark NJ or prohibits Police from acting on immagration information is in violation of US immigration law. This is something that the  Constitution DOES place in the hands of the Federal govt. Offending cities and states should have their political leadership jailed and all Federal funds cut off.
I'm surprised LEGAL immigrants are not all over this. They are the ones these cities are spitting on.

one has INS, BOE and a few other places on speed dail... when he finds some one hiring them he calls all of them.  Not sure if he does anything else, but I've seen him rip contractors new a holes... its always funny to watch.
