a true chilie.. I need the recipe on that one.

Simple;

BIG pot

4-5 lbs of ground pig
3-4 onions (chopped)
8-10 cloves of fresh garlic (chopped)
Salt (I like sea salt)
Fresh cracked black pepper
Mix of whole peeled tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, some tomato paste until you like the mix (I like it THICK)
Buy a bunch of different peppers, taste each to gage flavor then chop and add to pot in the ratio you like for flavor and heat.

Brown meat and onions in the pot with salt and black pepper (stiring until all meat is browned), then start adding the rest.  cook for an hour or so.

Optional;  add sliced mushrooms about 15 minutes before serving.
All tipoes and misspelings are copi-righted.  Pleeze do not reuse without ritten persimmons  :D

I have a good friend that owns about 300 acres in central Missouri.  I've planned a hunting trip the last few years on his land.

The hunting regulations require a "shoot on sight" any hogs you see while hunting.  They have a real problem with ferrel hogs, no license required..

Gotta have beans................or else it's just spaghetti sauce.......... ;D  ;D  ;D

Nice one there with Jr, Haz.

We can't kill or trap the damn things fast enough around here. A couple of years ago they totally destroyed my uncle's corn field. It looked like alien crop circles or something. Total destruction. They are moving in packs up and down the creek that runs through the woods behind our place. We have traps set all along the area from my place over to the local range 5 miles away.
Fast moving bastards too. Gotta be quick on the trigger if you're hunting them around here.
They are in season on private lands year round here in Ga also.

"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

For the Patriots of this country, the Constitution is second only to the Bible for most. For those who love this country, but do not share my personal beliefs, it is their Bible. To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison
