Phoenix 2009 NRA Meeting...Which DRTVer's are going?

Alright folks, if this thread is already happening somewhere else point me in the right direction, but who all is going to Phoenix in May and who is buying the first round of beer(or whatever it is that you like)?   Maybe a DRTV happy hour somewhere?   

The wife and I decided that we've sat on the sidelines long enough and now its time to get in the game, so it's Phoenix or bust come May 14.

TexGun if you and the wife are going, I can recommend the following (and I understand that it adds expense to the trip)...get tickets to the NRA Foundation/Friends Dinner on Thursday night and the Main Banquet on Saturday night. You both will have a blast and she can dress up. If you can toss in the Sunday prayer breakfast that would be a plus if you have a religious bent. Of course expect to spend at least 6 to 8 hours each day on the floor looking at guns  !!!

Sadly my job hunting has not panned out so I am going to have to pass on this years event.

Thanks Rebel.  We already have main banquest tickets and are considering foundation banquet tickets.  We're also looking forward to whatever Uncle Ted comes up with.  Ought to be entertaining.

I would love to pull together some kind of DRTV gathering in Phoenix!

Obviously, I'll be in and out of the OC booth...they haven't set a time for my autographs signings yet, but as soon as they do I'll post it here. I will DEFINITELY be signing autographs and giving away FREE advance copies of my book, TRAIL SAFE, at the Tactical Solutions booth! We've only got a couple of hundred of them, so I'd love it if DRTV'ers got there first!

Any Phoenix folk out there who can direct us to a place close by the Convention Center?
